Segway Super Villain
The Segway Super Villain is a hyper-performance sport side-by-side (SxS) designed to compete directly with industry leaders like the Polaris RZR Pro R and Can-Am Maverick R. Introduced as an "industry-first," it features the first factory-produced hybrid powertrain in the utility task vehicle (UTV) market.SuperATV +2Performance and Powertrain. The Super Villain is built on a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine platform, moving away from the traditional 1000cc limit, common in the industry. It is available in two distinct versions for 2025:
- Super Villain SX20T (Gas Only): Produces 235 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. It utilizes an automotive-style 6-speed (or 7-speed in some markets) automatic transmission with paddle shifters rather than a standard CVT belt system.
- Super Villain SX20T Hybrid: Combines the 2.0L turbo engine with a 70kW electric motor and a 7.9kWh lithium battery to produce a record-breaking 330 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.
