  • A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales within a specific geographical region. Duties include:

    • Sales strategy - Developing and implementing sales strategies, including sales processes, marketing strategies, and financial strategies 
    • Sales goals - Setting, implementing, and maintaining sales goals for their region based on selling patterns
    • Customer relationships - Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and other industry personnel 
    • Market research - Conducting market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities 
    • Sales performance - Monitoring, tracking, and reporting regional sales performance 
    • CRM - Implementing CRM systems to streamline customer interactions 
    • Cross-functional meetings - Facilitating meetings to ensure alignment on regional sales objectives 
    • Team development: Investing in team development to boost sales performance and morale 

    Regional sales managers should have excellent communication skills and a strategic, positive mindset.

  • Valor Offroad is always looking for hardworking, reliable, and flexible warehouse associates to join our fast-growing organization. This position requires you to perform various warehouse duties, including sorting, loading, entering data, unloading, and receiving materials.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Processing, packing, and shipping orders accurately
    • Inspecting items for defects and reporting as required
    • Unloading/loading containers
    • Restocking and maintaining an inventory of orders as needed
    • Preparing items for shipping
    • Mounting/dismounting varying types of wheels and tires
    • Following all warehouse procedures and safety measures

    Additionally, we expect the ideal candidate to meet the following requirements:

    • High school diploma
    • One year+ of experience in a relevant warehouse setting
    • Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks
    • Ability to adhere to employer and government safety regulations
    • Inventory skills and excellent communication skills
    • Physical stamina and dexterity for the work involving lifting and moving heavy loads
