The Polaris General is a "crossover" side-by-side (SxS) designed to bridge the gap between the sport-focused Polaris RZR and the utility-focused Polaris Ranger. It combines high-performance trail capabilities with the practical utility needed for work tasks.

- Towing & Hauling: Features a 1,500 lb towing capacity and a 600 lb dumping cargo box.
- Suspension: Offers up to 14 inches of usable travel with high-performance shocks (like Walker Evans Velocity Series) to absorb rough trail bumps.
- Ground Clearance: Standard models offer 12 inches, while XP trims increase this to 13.5 inches.
