Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All items must be unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. If you mount your wheels or tires with product not purchased directly from Valor Offroad, please note the return policy is void. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase regardless of where you purchased.

If your return is accepted, Valor Offroad will issue you a return authorization number (RA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number (RA) will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
Damages and issues
If you received product directly from Valor Offroad, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items by mistake. Please note, if you mount ANY your items on products not shipped to you by Valor Offroad, your return eligibility will be void. Always test fit BEFORE mounting.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on ANY sale items.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your items, please contact us to explain your situation so that we have an opportunity to send what you want or correct your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
