A low offset wheel refers to a wheel with +15mm or lower offset. A lower offset means the wheel's mounting surface is further from the wheel's centerline causing the wheel to sit further outwards on the vehicle (stick out). Conversely a high offset wheel pulls the wheel in closer to the hub tucking it deeper within the wheel well.
